Disappearing of iTunes

When I click on iTunes icon on my iPad whole information with a picture appears just for few seconds and then iTunes disappears at all. This happens all the time I click on the icon. I do not know where is a problem. Thanks anyone who can help.

Can't help - but mine does the same and after only one week. Very upsetting. Can anyone help please
