Deleted all info from iphone 4....PLEASE HELP

Hi folks...

I bit the bullet this evening and updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 5.... Yeah an hour later I discovered all info is gone.. I pressed restore and update instead of just update and I am in a bad state now...can any geniuses help me???
