Default browser -can change?

Wondering for the mail app - if the default browser can be changed on my ipad 2? I have many emails that require flash player and it's a bit of a pain to copy then go to my Puffin browser. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

I could be wrong, but I think the only way to do this is when your jailbroken!!
