Hello. I run the guest relations department of a convention and I am looking for an app to help me with all the guests appearance schedules for the weekend. We tend to have 5-10 guests. Also I am looking to give my staff iPads so that if there are any changes I could possibly push the changes to their pads or at least be able to message them with the Changes. I think this will be easier then trying to find all of them and tell them especially if the change comes during an appearance and I do not want to interrupt the guests panel. I need to be able to do rooms, hours, and topic for each person. Thank you for any help you are able to give.
