Controling apps

Tried the search function but no luck.

I have a lot of iphone apps that sync to the Ipad, but i would rather they didn't. I am sure there is a way to control this, but am a bit lost as I don't want to delete from from Itunes, just from the pad and not have them return.

Can some one just direct me to a link that would be of help?

I Think that as long as you log into the iTune with a different ID for either the iPhone or the iPad, you will be OK.
You can find here in the forum some threads, in which people have more then one iPAD at home , syncing to a single iTune on a single PC, but each one is logging in with a different ID, so the iTune wouldn't sync the applications of one iPAD into the other.
