After I add again contact then after a few days it will missing again...

It could be a sync issue with iTunes. Are your contacts disappearing after you connect your iPad to your computer?

I use Google, so my iPad contacts are synced with my google account, and so far it's working well. However I don't add or change contact info on the iPad as I'm not sure whether it syncs properly in both directions.

Not sure either it is happen during sync with itunes or not but could google account contact can be sync with viber so I can recognized my friends number?
