Constant Browser Crash

My iPad 3 is doing the same thing whenever I try to use safari to view my Facebook page. It only stays on the screen a few seconds before crashing sometimes making a boing sound and sometimes not. It is very frustrating to be using an 800 dollar Apple product and not be able to view my own Facebook page my machine is just past the 90 day mark and Apple wont even allow me to ask them anything

Not a full solution, but use the Facebook app instead of the browser. See if that helps.
