Hello, I have no trouble connecting at home and used to be able to use wifi at my parents with their BT Hub.
At home we changed router to a new Orange Brightbox which works well and we had no issues. This may be a red herring side issue btw.
But at parents I am nw just told that here is no connection. The hub shows up on list but tells me not possible to connect.
How can I get connected, or even the password option entry screen up?
Any help appreciated. Have tried turnng off and rebooting when there.
