Connecting my iPad to Apple TV

Hi nick here
I am on the same sort of problem but I can't seem to find the advanced section on iTunes with the I pad to turn on home share.

You turn on "Home Share" under "Advanced" (at the top left) in iTunes

On the iPad that doesn't show up for some reason. Or is it me being dumb !
