I teach in the Mathematics Department at Hood College in Frederick Maryland. We are providing each incoming Frreshman with an IPad. Some of the uses are norl, texts, notes . . . We will also be using the iPad as a remote access point for our main system. Truthfully, I have not been able to find many useful App for Statistics. Also, our main Statistical package is Minitab which does not run on any Aplle OS. Thanks for reading.Jim

Hi Jim. Welcome to the forums!
Not sure I can suggest a Minitab alternative, sorry, but you should definitely check out Wolfram Alpha on the iPad. Nice interface to the Wolfram web service.
