While you will never have a built in camera you will have multitasking in fall...has nothing to do with the hardware. As for clock, go to the app store.

Or just look in the top bar...lol

I only wish I could hold it better while playing a game, how about some portable Love Handles.

Spot on. I reckon someone could make a fortune if they designed some kind of stick on handle type thing so you can hold a tablet with one hand easily and type with the other while standing.

I have an HP tablet computer that came with both 4 cell and 6 cell batteries. The six cell creates a bulge along one edge that is perfect for holding the thing with one hand in portrait orientation.

Maybe some kind of gel filled silicon cover that creates a mouldable back for the iPad.

Re: iWork porting to MS

First off gotta say I have no regrets in getting my iPad on day1. Only issue I have is I don't have enough spare time to really dig into this device to maximize it's potential :(

Regarding iWork, I have to agree that export to MS should be included. Check this out though ... I sat in on one of those "iPad for business" sessions the Monday after the iPad became available. We went through the typical stuff and then the Apple specialist starts going over the iWork apps. She says that all three apps do export to their corresponding MS counterparts. I immediately said "no they don't, that's the first thing I tried" and she insisted she was righht then proceeded to prove herself WRONG. She immediately apologized and said that the apps all did export to MS when they were training on the iPad the night before the release. I confirmed her story with the store manager later that afternoon. The only explanation they had was that Apple probably updated the iWork apps, probably the day of the release, and removed the export function. No reason why though. Hopefully they reinsert it on the next update ... and hopefully thats soon.

I have begun to feel more and more at ease using the pad like a laptop. The typing is still slow but over time will get better. I just wish I had google docs on here.

Grab the itextspeed app, will Allie you to practice typing and increase your speed rapidly.
There is a lite version which is free.

I have purchased the Ipad to replace my Archos 9 which was a s,
Low and clunky machine which despite many hours spent tweaking has never worked in the way that I wanted. My Ipad on the oth hand has worked straight out of the box with no issues. I am really enjoying it.
