Cloudon issues with saving powerpoints

I got cloudon for my powerpoints but it seems after I open them they self delete after a while and are nowhere to be found is there a way to save them in the program?

You can't save them to CloudOn. They are either in the storage service you were when you created the file, or in your primary storage service (the one you added first to CloudOn)
