Clear sent file

Trying to free up memory and noticed my email is taking up 2.5gb. Emptied trash files and only 4 non attachment emails in my in boxes. But I noticed a ton of emails in my sent files. How do I clear those files to clear up 2.5gb? Thx.

The easiest thing to do is go into your email account on a computer client or web interface and do it there. Otherwise you'll have to select and delete them all manually, either by swiping each one (right to left) and tapping Delete, or by tapping Edit, tapping each email to select it, then deleting.
