Hi

I am newbie to IPad, I'd like to know how much memory used by my apps, I can't find such information. The article I found on the other website makes me confuse. Check Memory - iPad / iPad 2, this website use capacity as memory usage, is that correct?

I don't know how to see this info on the iPad itself but when you connect the iPad to iTunes you can see a bar graph which shows your memory usage.

Memory

Check: Settings > General > About

Gives total RAM and amount still available.

If you're a geek and really want to see what's going on 'under the hood' get the app 'XSysInfo' - recommended by several Forum members.

Totally agree xsysinfo is well worth the price paid if for a memory freer only plus it has other bells and whistles that make it worth more than the price paid

That show Storage capacity and availability. If the question is how to find out how much RAM is being used, I don't think either iTunes or the iPad lists it.

I haven't loaded the xSysinfo app but it looks promising.
