Changing to a new ipad - any nissues with apps?

Hi guys,

Bought a 16gb as a trial, and loved it. Planned to buy a 16gb for my dad, but just realized that I would do well to have more storage, for images. Dad will only use it for browsing, magazines, books and e-mail.

So, if I buy a 32/64gb, and reset the 16gb an give that to my dad, will I be able to download all my purchased apps to my new ipad? Or will I have to buy them again?

Log in your apple id on new ipad and click download it, you don't have to pay again, it allready on your account itune
