Changing country

How do I change country from USA to AUSTRALIA

I changed from Australia to USA thinking I could get a better selection of books in iBooks but now I want to change back
to Australia but it looks like I am still in USA, the map at the bottom of terms and conditions still has the USA flag

Log out and back in again, and that should put you back in Oz
