How do I change the owenr's name on my ipad?

Not quite sure what you mean by "owner's name". Do you mean the name that has been given to your iPad (the one you see when you connect it to iTunes)?

If so, you can change it in itunes. Just click into the name of the device in the left hand iTunes panel and it will let you edit it.

I believe you have to hook it up to iTunes, away from pc and mac at tho mo to double check
