Changecarrier for 4.3.3???

I installed it on my ipad 2, but it does nothing, it days its for 4.2.1. Is there another app that does the same thing?

Was really looking forward to this...

I've used MakeItMine successfully on my iPad2 WiFi (others haven't). There is also FakeCarrier.

Try either one and see how they work for you.
