Cars2 app won't work on iPad2 ?

Hi folks,
Just wondering why the new Cars2 app won't work on my iPad2, even though in iTunes, it says that it is for the iPhone, iPod and iPad ?

This is frustrating.....help !!

Sometimes you need to restart the iPad after a big app download.

Restart: Hold down the power button until the power off slider appears. Slide it off. When the iPad finishes shutting down, hold down the power button again until the Apple logo appears.
