Can't sign into Netflix

    Netflix was working a few days ago when I noticed it was freezing up a couple of times, no problem I just refreshed it and I was good to go. Now I can't even sign in. I have erased everything and and reset all settings and then reinstalled the Netflix app and it still does not work. The Netflix customer care centre said all was good on their end, she said it may be a weak Internet signal. I am in Newfoundland at a camp job were the Internet is shared among many. It is not a strong signal due to the fact that so many guys are on it but as I said, it was working a couple of days ago. I was also using a VPN app so I could watch Sons of Anarchy because Netflix doesn't offer that here in the great white north. That app is also uninstalled now. Any solution?

    The combo of VPN and a shared connection that's overloaded probably is your problem, rather than Netflix. I've been streaming Netflix today without prob in the US. It's taking a few seconds more than usual to log in and start a video, probably because it's the weekend in the US, when Netflix has its biggest flood of users (besides holidays).

    I notice when I use VPN to stream UK shows that it can sometimes hang up, probably because of limits on VPN load.

    Hi Dean and welcome to the Forum!

    KayKayKay has good info in regard to this. It may help to do a reset of your iPad though.
    Hold the power off button and the home button simultaneously, keep holding them in and you will see the power off slide appear and disappear, wait until you see the Apple logo appear before releasing the buttons. It will take a little longer for your iPad to start.
