Cant send exisiting photo via iPhone apps on my iPad

Hi everyone, i am using some apps which designed for iPhone, but not the iPad, such as Kakao, Liveprofile, Skype, Kikchat, Viber and etc..

I realised I cant send an existing photo via these apps that i mentioned.
Supposingly there should be some photo in my Album, but when I want to send it via those apps, it shows that my photo is empty ..,

I believe its because the iPhone apps is not linked to my iPad library ... May i know any solution to solve it ??

p/s: sorry for my poor english .. Wish u guys can understand the problem ><

I assume you can see the photo in the iPad's Photo app though? i.e. you can confirm that there actually is a photo there.

Ya, i can view those photo via iPad Photos which in my "Camera Roll" album ...
