Cant download!

When I want to install a free app, it always tells me to upgrade my account safety. I click OK, it asks to write three questions and answers and a rescue email. I write it all. It then tells: 'Превышено время ожидания сеанса. Повторите попытку' in russian. I click ok. It does not download the app. If on a request to upgrade my account safety i click Не сейчас (Not now) it does not install the app. Any help?

Hi,

for me and some others there was a workaround:
Go to iBooks and by a free book. Here again you are confronted with the same security questions. Answer them and this time "Превышено время ожидания сеанса. Повторите попытку' should not appear.

Then go back to the AppStore and everything is fine.
