Can't connect to iTunes

    When I plug my iPad into my computer, it won't connect to iTunes, and I can't find any way of getting the two to sync, so I can't get any of my music onto the iPad.

    Have you updated to the latest version of iTunes on your computer? If not,do the update,then try the synch again.
    The latest version of iTunes is currently 10.6.3.
