can't connect to itunes

hello everyone! i have been trying to connect to itunes but to no avail. the ipad cannot sync with itunes in my laptop. any advice? thanks in advance!

Hello

Please clarify:

1) have you ever connected / synced this iPad with the computer in question, or is the first "out of the box" attempt.

2) if answer to 1) indicates you've synced this iPad to the same computer before, are you trying to sync with cable or via wi-fi?

Hi Ila - welcome to the forum! :)

In addition to checking and answering the questions in the previous post, take a look at this THREAD to determine if your AMDS (Apple Mobile Device Service) is running (Information HERE) - I'm assuming that you are running Windows on your laptop?

Good luck and please post back here if none of these suggestions help - :thumbs:

hi mlaurencg!

yes i tried to connect with the laptop more than once but the two did not sync. im using wifi to connect but to no avail. the icon would indicate that the two devices are syncing but nothing is really happening....

This is happening to me a lot too!! every so often I try to download an app & I get this message. Then after some time or another app download I can download the original app...Is something going on with the appstore?
