Is there the capability to download Apis that are not available to a specific country, without having to obtain a credit card from the country in which AppStore has this API available?

Is gift this up a solution across different countries a solution? Is there any other approach towards this problem in general?

Can't see why apple does not give the capability to purchase or download Apis in specific regions when no legal restrictions are applied?

The workaround is simply to open an iTunes account in another country. You don't need a credit card to do that, just an Apple Gift card in the currency of the country where you want to open the account. Apple even has a 'white paper' on their website telling you how to do this. Gift cards from a whole variety of countries can be easily purchased on the Internet; since you only need the Gift Card code number and not the physical card, the retailer can email you that number and you're good to go in a couple of minutes. Many of our Members have several iTunes accounts - it's common practice. (Credit to Tim.)

Hope that helps!
