Cannot read my ipad sometimes

There's lots of writing all piled on top of each other making my page unreadable. Anyone know what causes this and how I can undo it?

Try not to look at it just after returning home from a night with the pal's out a litres of booz ;o)
Just kidding, in which Apps do you encounter such?

No apps....its my emails...not sure about anything else.....newsletters....I'll have to keep an eye out.....I should've mentioned that I have set my letters to a larger size....perhaps it's too much for the screen to cope with in certain situations...I normally scroll along and also have tried zooming in...but it doesn't help.
