On my iPad Air 2 (with the latest OS update) I need to protect a Numbers Spreadsheet with a pass number, but the command is missing from the applicable menu. The Apple Help guidance is: Press the ... button at top right of the spreadsheet and the drop-down menu will include the option to set a pass number. However it doesn't include such an option. I am using the latest version of Numbers.

If anyone knows the solution to this, I would be most grateful for your advice.

Thank you. Unfortunately, as I mentioned, the problem that I have is that the menu on my spreadsheets do not include the Set Password option.
The items on the menu are:
Collaborate with Others
Send a Copy
Print
Find
Auto Correction
Comments
Centre Guides
Edge Guides
Spacing Guides
Authors Name

That is the complete list which does not include the Password option.
Thank you again.

Thank you so much J.A..
Why didn't I realise that the list continued further down?
You have solved my problem.
