Cannot get mail

    While on holiday in Finland last week, in a free wifi cafe, I was initially able to get my email. This was on 29/01/13. The next day I got the message 'Cannot get mail' - "imap.tools.sky.com" is not responding. Verify that you have entered the correct account info in mail settings". I have not changed any of the settings and had not had any problems previously. I am now at home but I am still getting the same message. Can anyone help please?
