While it would be physically possible to insert an iPhone SIM card in the iPad, it would likely violate the terms and conditions of the iPhone service contract as iPads require their own data plans that are different from iPhone plans. had a search and couldn't find anything. Is it posible to take a sim out of the iphone and put it in one of the newer ipads (assuming it is sim compatible) and be able to use it to surf outside of a wifi area?!
