Can not Sync my TV Shows

I have some TV shows in iTunes which I purchased from the store and have in the past watched on my iPad but removed to save space. I want to sync a few epsiodes across but nothing I do will get the tv episodes on to my ipad. At the top of the video app screen is Movies and Podcasts but no button for TV Shows

What am I doing wrong? Any help very welcome.

If there are currently no TV shows on your iPad the TV button won't be there.
To find your TV shows, go to the purchased list in iTunes on your iPad. Tap the cloud symbol next to the TV show you want to download and when it finishes downloading, it will be in the TV section of your video app.

Thanks scfan57 but there is no cloud symbol against the show. The shows are stored on my computer at

E:\Documents\My Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\TV Shows\Name of Show.m4v

Any thoughts?

You would, in that case, have to go to your computer and transfer them from there.
