Can no longer buy apps!!

Trying to by an app in the App Store.....suddenly getting "Pay Pal is no longer supported on I Tunes".

Don't use Pay Pal, just Credit Card. Been into the apple site and the credit card is OK.

What happened?? Thanks......Ken
