Can I purchase PrintCentral and use it on 2 Ipads?

I am new to the Ipad world and I am wondering if I can purchase the print centeral, and a few other paid apps and use them on 2 different Ipad2's?
Both ipads are not altered in any way.

If I am not mistaken, you own the apps in your iTunes.
I have loaded the same apps on multiple Apple items.

Yes, you can use the same apps on multiple devices simultaneously, as long as both are activated with the same Apple ID.

Just a side note, PrintCentral does not support AirPrinting anymore. If you want to print from apps, such as Pages directly, you are better off with Print'n'Share.

Well 1 is under my apple id and the other is under my wife's id. I will try the print'n'share then.

What is a good word and excel app?
