Camera roll

For reasons I don't recall, I have two folders in Photos named "camera roll". Is there any way to delete photos from these? Short of resetting the iPad and starting from scratch, that is.

Problem solved. An old sync from a folder on the PC. Simply deleted the contents and synced to a now-empty folder.
