Okay, so I bought the iPad with business in mind.

I'm a dog trainer and have 2 things clients fill out -- a waiver that needs a signature on it, and an intake form I fill out with a signature and a bunch of info to fill out. What will allow me to do this? I've burned like 30$ on apps so far with no avail -- documents to go, sign and send, and take notes. Please help!

Several Forum members, with similar requirements, have used SignMyPad (search for this in the App Store). It allows you to sign PDF documents. So you can originate the document in, say, Apple 'Pages', save it as a PDF and then use SignMyPad to let your customer sign the document.
