I really expect them to make an honest effort to respond... considering the fact that it's a product they get paid for. I have been noticing what looks like a disregard for the customer - which probably stems from the small amout of money that is exchanged. Still, it does seem like a good faith gesture is in order. I can't be the only one that is finding these short-comings after the purchase.
