Hello,

I am using iSwifter browser. Whenever I switch to another app and come back on iSwifter, it doesnt remember the site which I was browsing previously.

Can anyone tell me , is there any good browser which supports flash and maintains the session ?

Thanks.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

There are a few other browsers but sorry I can't tell you which will maintain the session for you. Others may chime in here though.
This is a snippet from a sticky by a moderator here Mickey330. I hope this helps you
There are some apps that indirectly bring Flash videos to your iPad by first transcoding the Flash content on to their own servers and then serving them as HTML5 to you. In no particular order, the more popular apps are iSwifter, Photon, Skyfire and Cloud Browse. Maybe those will help you; they can be found in the App Store for varying prices. Please be aware this is not an all-inclusive list nor do these apps work as well as using a computer/device that runs Flash natively.

In addition, many members use a remote access app that allows them to access their personal computers in order to stream Flash to their devices. These remote apps work the same way as the paid apps mentioned above. The only exception is that you are streaming the Flash from your personal computer, not from a developer’s server. Some of the more popular apps for this purpose are (again, in no particular order): Splashtop, LogMeIn and TeamViewer. Again, this list is not all inclusive, as you may find an app that works for you that is not mentioned here.

Unfortunately, that's one of the drawbacks of iSwifter (which I like, BTW, because I only use the app for a brief look at a video - it's not my main browser).

The only thing I can suggest is to bookmark the site in iSwifter. Then, even though it reloads at the iSwifter home page, you can go directly to the site you were at.

Not a good fix, but that's all I can suggest. Oh, and I don't know whether any other flash-viewing apps will save your session, sorry. So, maybe look into the remote desktop apps? That way, the web site is actually on your home computer, which WILL save your session...

So, I'm curious, which flash browser is the number 1 browser for iPad2 users? I'm thinking of purchasing one, but before I push the buy button, I would like to know which flash browser is the best. Thanks for your help.
