This more of a brain tickler, rather than a teaser!

One of the participants in the current Celebrity Big Brother show on the UK's Channel 5 TV undertook a geography quiz. He had to stick pins in a map of the world in answer to 6 questions posed.

I have modified the questions so that they can be answered in this thread.

Q1 In which European country is Essex situated?

Q2 There is a Braintree in Essex, but in which continent is Braintree, Massachusetts?

Q3. There is a Grange Hill in Essex. In which region is Grange Hill, Negril?

Q4. There is Chelmsford in Essex, but in which continent is Chelmsford, Queensland.

Q5. Apart from Colchester, Essex, in which continent is Colchester, Eastern Cape?

Q6. There is a Newport in the UK. Where in the world is New Port, Rhode Island?

Those are the questions. What are the answers?
