Blueyonder e mail

    Can anyone explain why some of my blueyonder email goes straight to the trash on my iPad retina. I could understand it if it was all my mail but it is only about 50% of it.
    Settings are as advised by Virgin, IMAP as opposed to pop3. I just can't see what the problem is.

    Sounds like Virgin is filtering it to your trash. Your iPad is just reflecting what it sees on your Virgin account.
