    How do I use Bluetooth with my ipad2 and my Samsung s3

    Send pic and music from phone to ipad,it's paired but not connecting

    Bluetooth on the iPad does not work that way.

    You can use it to connect to the Internet, via personal hotspot, to Bluetooth speakers and keyboards, but not for file transfers.

    UbiDisk (in the App Store) does file transfers via Bluetooth. At least it does from iPad to iPhone and back. It does need to be installed on both devices.

    Now, whether or not it will work iPad to Samsung........

    Played with it a bit more. I normally move documents. It does photos OK but cannot access music or video files.
