In what way do you want to use Bluetooth?

I've moved your post to the correct forum, as you had tacked it onto an unrelated thread. This is called hijacking a thread, and is not allowed. Please keep this in mind.

Bluetooth on the iPad does not work that way.

You can use it to connect to the Internet, via personal hotspot, to Bluetooth speakers and keyboards, but not for file transfers.

UbiDisk (in the App Store) does file transfers via Bluetooth. At least it does from iPad to iPhone and back. It does need to be installed on both devices.

Now, whether or not it will work iPad to Samsung........

Played with it a bit more. I normally move documents. It does photos OK but cannot access music or video files.
