BLACK SCREEN LOGO no respont

Hello there,

I tryied to reset my jailbreaked ipad and it stack on black screen and apple logo. i tried home+sleep/wake button but never got back. i cannot sychronise it to itunes as well.
does anybody can help me with that isuue???

try getting in dfu mode then using redsn0w to install new firmware
