Best way to transfer mobile safari bookmarks

Hi.
What is the best way to transfer my iPad's mobile safari bookmarks to my Windows 7 laptop's safari?
I would really appreciate any help.

Connect the iPad to the computer and select it in iTunes. Go to the Info page and choose to sync bookmarks. Unless you have a MobileMe account, this is the only way I know. This will probably cause some duplications, since bookmarks already on Safari will also be copied to the iPad. The original iPad bookmarks are safe as long as you do not check the replace on iPad option in the Advanced box.

NOTE: If you rarely or never sync your iPad there may be other issues that you need to solve first. Don't ignore the warnings or notifications, and if in doubt abort and ask questions.

With the advent of iOS 5 and iCloud there should be a better way soon (should).
