    I now know I can get apps via iTunes and Apple but I keep hearing there are other sites that offer them. Would love it if some of you could give me the webpage addresses. Thank you

    No. The only place to get apps for the iPad and iPhone are from the AppStore (through iTunes on the PC or AppStore on the device).

    IF you are jailbroken, there is a whole forum dedicated to answer those questions.
