Battery life

    My battery life is horrible. Ive done allmthe suggestions everyone has made and i cant even go 3 hrs without it being at %50 i need it for school and ithis issue is causing frustration beyond belief!!

    It will help if you tell us what you are doing for those three hours. Also, what is your screen brightness set at?

    Sounds like you have Bluetooth, wifi and 3G all enabled. You probably have a lot of pps open in the background as well. Does this sound right?

    My brightness is on auto, wifi enabled, cellular data is off. My bluetooth is off ( dont even use it or know how lol). I always shut my apps down after use....i am really just using safari and ihub (stock forum). I turned off all push notifications! Dont know what else to try :(

    I've found that I can leave the new iPad in standby mode for over a day without it draining more than 1% if I turn airplane mode on.

    Try that and if it keeps draining then I would say you have a bad battery.
