Hello,

I have a friend of mine that keeps getting this message on her iPhone and doesn’t understand why. She doesn’t understand why she gets this message because she has done everything it says to do and she still keeps getting this message. Does anyone know what’s going on and how to fix this issue? Thanks for your help.

She must have iCloud backup turned on. If her iPad meets the conditions listed in the pop up it should backup automatically. She can also go to iCloud in settings and initiate the backup manually.

Usually, you get this message when there‘s no storage space for the next backup in iCloud. She should take a look at what is backed up, and how much iCloud storage it needs. If she uses iCloud for syncing photos, this might also take a lot of iCloud‘s storage, so it might be necessary to remove some of the images.
