So I was wondering, if I can back up my apps and tweaks to my pc so I don't have to re download them every time I restore my pad? Similar to a nandroid in the droid world? Mainly saved angry bird games and the like, even more awesome if I could transfer them between my iPad one and CDMA iphone

There is this thing called "iTunes". It works well for backing up apps and their data. :D

It is KISS. (keep it simple and stupid)

Works amazingly. Almost no configuration required. Totally worth it.
