Automatically Open Safari App

Hi,

I am using Ipad and I have a Web App which will be used by specified clients (those who will have an IPAD bought by my company). Is it possible to automatically start Safari when the device is started and when the app is not active after a period of time?

I have searched the web but cannot find any info. Is it possible?

To the best of my knowledge there is no way to do this on a stock iPad.

It might be possible with a jailbroke iPad, but that is seldom a good route for business, as it requires a more knowledgable and responsible end user.

If you could tell us what you're trying to accomplish with this, someone might be able to suggest an alternate method.
