Auto correct

Is there a way to turn the auto correct off, I'm sick of writing emails or on forums only to see when I press the spacebar it's chosen it's own words, lol

Also how is it I can reply on some forums but not others ?

I like the auto correct...when the word they suggest correct

Speaking of which, anyone know of a way to add words to the dictionary? I'm tired of having to catch my name being auto corrected to 'drain'!

I prefer auto correct as well. As you 'correct' auto correct, over time, it remembers how you prefer to spell certain words, and will no longer try to correct those certain words. Same goes for capitilzation. In other words, it learns as you go.

I was hoping that it would learn over time, so I spelled myname about 50 times in a row, but it wouldn't take

Maybe 50 more times?
