Is there an astronomy app that guide you trough the sky.
I tried Sky Walk and such kind of planetarium, but they just point to stars. I am a beginner in astronomy and my wish is to find an app that will show what to look for. A kind of top 10 astral body.
But maybe this doesn't exist yet ?

GoSkyWatch is my favorite planetarium app. It includes lists of stars, Messier objects, planets, etc., with a goto button. I especially like its magnitude slider, so I can match the number of stars to what I actually see.

The best beginner helper I've ever seen was the booklet that came with my little Astroscan telescope. It included just what you want, a section on interesting things to look at first. Maybe you can find one on eBay.

Cosmos Story

I checked appleStore and I finally founded what I was looking for : Cosmos Story Vol1
Unfortunately there is no real planetarium functions, but it offers a real trip through the sky and helps to point objects.

I downloaded Solar Walk yesterday. It's not what you've been looking for, but it's a must-have for anyone with an interest in Astronomy. Absolutely stunning graphics, etc.
