Apps say no photos or videos in library

Hi,

I have this problem with some of my ipad apps that I hope you guys can help me out with. Some apps do not see any photos or videos in my library, while some does. The ones that doesn't counts Facebook for iPad, [Yes, I'm jailbroken] Facebook for iPhone, Mypad+, [3rd party Facebook app], and friendly for Facebook which is also a 3rd party app. All of these apps has location-services enabled. Other apps like evernote works just fine. Have anyone experienced this before, and does anyone know a solution for this?
