Apps for the blind????

Hi I'm new to this and new to my ipad3. I am a support working for a 17 year old girl who has Batterns Disease and is not unfortunately blind. I want to see if there is any apps that would be good for her? Even if its just touching the screen to guess a noise. Any help would be great thanks in advance xx

Settings > Genral > Accesabilities> voice over.if she touches anything it will tell the thing she is touching.double tap to choose the option

I no you change the settings on the iPad but would like to download games for her to use thank you for your replies

Yes as the 'Nikhil' said, there is inbuilt function available with that person can notify with voice.
